Responsibilities
- Build relationships with VVIP guests, understanding their unique preferences.
- Ensure all protocol guidelines are followed for VVIP visits.
- Plan and coordinate private dining events.
- Train staff on VVIP service standards.
- Collect feedback from VVIP guests to improve our services.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or a related field.
- Knowledge of VVIP protocol and etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
